It tracks how a brand’s products are presented across its reseller network, detects where listings drift from the brand’s own reference content, and turns that into action brands can take to protect indirect sales.
Brands spend heavily to get their product content right. Then resellers list those same products with the wrong title, an outdated thumbnail, or half the images missing, and the work is undone at the moment a shopper decides whether to buy. Same product, two reseller pages, two experiences, and the shopper picks based on what’s in front of them.
That drift is hard to catch. A brand might sell through hundreds of retailers, each with its own listings, changing daily through launches and pack updates. Manual checks don’t scale, so problems go unseen until they show up as lost conversion or a diluted brand image.
In conversations with beauty and health brands, Lengow heard the same story. Most teams review content in bursts rather than continuously, often only around key launches or quarterly. Images are the recurring weak point: many resellers publish only the main image and drop the rest, even though visuals move conversion more than copy. Brands define their reference content, the titles and images each product should carry. Content Compliance then scans reseller listings daily, compares each against that reference, scores how compliant it is, and prioritises corrective action by product and by retailer, so teams fix the listings that cost the most revenue first.
