Lengow Launches Content Compliance: Protect Brand Performance Across Your Reseller Network

A new NetMonitor capability that monitors how your products appear on reseller sites daily, flagging inconsistent titles and images that quietly erode conversion and brand perception.

Reseller Content Compliance Monitoring

Paris, France, May 28, 2026. Lengow, leader for intelligent e-commerce solutions, announces the launch of Content Compliance, a new capability within NetMonitor. It tracks how a brand’s products are presented across its reseller network, detects where listings drift from the brand’s own reference content, and turns that into action brands can take to protect indirect sales.

The gap Content Compliance was built to close

Brands spend heavily to get their product content right. Then resellers list those same products with the wrong title, an outdated thumbnail, or half the images missing, and the work is undone at the moment a shopper decides whether to buy. Same product, two reseller pages, two experiences, and the shopper picks based on what’s in front of them.

That drift is hard to catch. A brand might sell through hundreds of retailers, each with its own listings, changing daily through launches and pack updates. Manual checks don’t scale, so problems go unseen until they show up as lost conversion or a diluted brand image.

In conversations with beauty and health brands, Lengow heard the same story. Most teams review content in bursts rather than continuously, often only around key launches or quarterly. Images are the recurring weak point: many resellers publish only the main image and drop the rest, even though visuals move conversion more than copy. Titles are the other, critical for SEO and governed by strict naming rules that resellers ignore. The phrase that came up most: by the time we catch something, it’s already late.

How Content Compliance works

Brands define their reference content, the titles and images each product should carry. Content Compliance then scans reseller listings daily, compares each against that reference, scores how compliant it is, and prioritises corrective action by product and by retailer, so teams fix the listings that cost the most revenue first.

It tracks the elements that move the digital shelf, starting with product titles, image thumbnails, and the number of images displayed, with non-compliance alerts and full image comparison on the roadmap. Key features:

  • Compliance at a glance: a global score plus attribute-level detail across every product and retailer.
  • Flexible views: review one product across all retailers, or every product sold by a single retailer.
  • Side-by-side comparison: put any reseller’s listing next to the brand’s original to see exactly where it complies.
  • Compliance over time: dashboards track how scores evolve and whether corrective action works.
  • Shareable insights: export the data for internal reporting and retailer discussions.

Content Compliance is built for large international brands with strict content guidelines, especially where presentation drives the sale: beauty and health, luxury, fashion, and consumer electronics. It sits inside NetMonitor alongside reseller price monitoring and unauthorised seller detection, drawing on the same daily web monitoring and AI product matching.

A brand can do everything right on its own channels and still lose the sale on a reseller’s page it never sees. Content Compliance gives our clients that visibility back, at the scale their distribution actually operates, and turns it into something they can fix rather than just measure“, explains Nicolas Appert, CEO, Lengow.
