Muemue is a Spanish company specialising in children's furniture, operating entirely online. With a team of just 14 employees, the company offers a catalogue of more than 800 products, focusing primarily on beds, bunk beds and modular furniture solutions for children's bedrooms.
Since September 2025, Muemue has been using Lengow NetMarkets to centralise and automate its marketplace operations. Today, the company manages 19 connections across 10 marketplaces and 7 European countries, including Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal.
This infrastructure enables Muemue to continue expanding internationally without a proportional increase in operational complexity.

Countries managed through Lengow
Before adopting Lengow, Muemue managed its marketplace operations using a small aggregator connected to PrestaShop.
Although the solution supported multiple sales channels, its automation capabilities were limited. Even minor updates could quickly become repetitive, time-consuming tasks. Whether changing a product description, updating a promotion or adapting product information, the team had to manually replicate these changes across individual marketplaces.
This presented two significant challenges for Muemue.
Firstly, the company wanted to accelerate its international expansion by continuously launching on new marketplaces and entering new countries.
Secondly, its product catalogue is more complex than that of a retailer offering straightforward product variants. A single bed, for example, can be sold with drawers, safety rails, shelving units or other modular components. Each configuration creates a distinct product requiring its own title, identifiers and attributes.
The objective was clear: centralise marketplace management, automate as many processes as possible and support continued expansion without having to increase operational resources at the same pace.
With Lengow, Muemue manages its catalogue connections to Amazon, BUT, Carrefour, Conforama, Home24, Leroy Merlin, Maisons du Monde, ManoMano and Vente Unique from a single platform.
Whenever the company identifies a new business opportunity, the availability of an integration through Lengow has become one of its first considerations.
Category and attribute mapping significantly simplify the process of launching on new channels. According to Muemue, a new marketplace can be up and running in approximately one to two weeks.
This flexibility also supports the company's geographical expansion. When an existing marketplace partner launches in a new country that is relevant to Muemue's business, the company can leverage its existing integration to enter that market quickly.
One of the main ways Muemue uses Lengow's optimisation rules is to manage its pricing strategy.
On marketplaces, offering "free delivery" can directly influence product visibility, as many shoppers use this criterion to filter search results.
Rather than displaying delivery charges separately, Muemue can incorporate them directly into the product price.
Using Lengow's rules, the team has created formulas that automatically calculate the final selling price based on several variables, including:
VAT + price markup + country-specific delivery costs
This allows the same core product catalogue to be automatically adapted to the commercial requirements of each market, without manually updating hundreds of products.
Managing product variants was another major operational challenge for Muemue.
PrestaShop allows a description to be assigned to a parent product, but Muemue's catalogue requires much more detailed differentiation between product configurations. A bed, for example, may be sold with a drawer, a safety rail or a shelving unit, and marketplaces need to receive specific information for each variation.
Before Lengow, the team maintained a separate Excel file for every marketplace.
Today, Muemue uses a single supplementary data source connected to Lengow. Using each product's EAN, the system retrieves the relevant information and generates configuration-specific product data, such as "white bed with drawer", for distribution across its sales channels.
The process has been further automated using AI tools integrated into the company's existing workflow. Changes are made directly in PrestaShop, and the data subsequently used by Lengow is updated automatically.
As a result, Muemue has moved from making individual changes for each marketplace to managing a single source of product information across all its channels.
Not every product is profitable on every sales channel.
Muemue uses Lengow's segmentation capabilities to control which products are distributed to each marketplace. For example, the company can exclude certain smaller items when the potential cost of a return makes selling them through a particular channel commercially unviable.
This enables Muemue to tailor its product assortment to the economics of each marketplace without modifying its original catalogue.

Promotional updates reduced from days to hoursPricing, delivery costs and country-specific requirements can be managed through automated rules rather than making manual changes to each marketplace individually.
Lengow makes our day-to-day work much easier and, above all, saves us a considerable amount of time. From integrating new marketplaces to managing promotions, there are tasks I can now complete in just a few hours that previously could have taken days, even for something as simple as setting up a promotion.
