How Eminence Accelerated Its Marketplace Growth by +34% with Lengow

Eminence Group, a French subsidiary of Delta Galil, is a long-established player in the textile and underwear industry. Today, the group brings together six brands distributed through retail stores, its own e-commerce websites, Eminence and AthenaShop, as well as major French and European marketplaces.

To support the expansion of its marketplace channel, which has become a strategic growth driver, the e-commerce team needed a solution capable of centralizing the management of a catalog of more than 13,600 SKUs across multiple channels, while providing the flexibility required to meet the specific

Challenges and Objectives

With a large catalog, six brands to coordinate, and a rapidly expanding marketplace strategy, the Eminence team needed to address several key challenges:

  • Centralize multichannel management: manage product feeds from the Eminence and AthenaShop websites through a single platform, and distribute them across channels with diverse requirements, including marketplaces, search engines, social media, affiliate programs, and price comparison sites.

  • Customize each distribution channel: adapt formats, map categories, create custom labels, and apply channel-specific transformation rules to optimize product distribution.

  • Reduce dependency on IT: minimize operational bottlenecks caused by incomplete product data (missing images, mandatory attributes, etc.) without having to wait for upstream fixes.

  • Accelerate time-to-market: quickly launch new marketplaces and publish products without technical friction.

  • Support a continuously growing marketplace strategy: achieve ambitious targets quarter after quarter, including during peak commercial periods such as Black Friday.

Solutions Provided by Lengow

When launching its marketplace strategy, Eminence initially adopted Lengow as a secondary integrator before the platform gradually became its main tool for managing most of its marketplace partners. The reason was simple: Lengow proved to be significantly easier and more intuitive to use.

Today, Eminence distributes through Lengow across eight French marketplaces (Greenweez, Kiabi, Atlas for Men, E.Leclerc, Veepee, Cdiscount, Vertbaudet, and Sarenza), as well as one marketplace in Belgium.

In practical terms, NetMarkets by Lengow enables the team to:

Centralize product feeds from the Eminence and AthenaShop websites, then transform and customize them according to each distribution channel.

Apply persistent transformation rules, including specific formats, category mapping, custom labels, and product-type segmentation, to optimize distribution on each marketplace.

Manage marketplace-specific promotional campaigns, especially during peak periods such as Black Friday, by adapting offers simultaneously across multiple channels.

Launch a new channel in approximately one day thanks to a simple and intuitive setup process, supported by explanatory modules that make field mapping easier.

Eminence’s marketplace channel has shown consistent year-over-year growth, with Q1 2026 results already exceeding targets.

For the 2024/2025 fiscal year, the results speak for themselves:

+18 % growth in overall marketplace revenue

+34 % growth on marketplaces managed through Lengow

Growth generated through Lengow has therefore significantly outperformed the overall channel growth, driven in particular by Veepee, which is now the leading contributor to Eminence’s marketplace revenue.

By Q4 2025, Lengow already accounted for 53% of Eminence’s total marketplace revenue, confirming the platform’s central role in the brand’s growth strategy.
