The brand Ollygan has sold quality clothing and accessories since 1981. Their target market is assertive men who treat themselves to beautiful items of clothing at reasonable prices. Headquartered in Aix-enProvence, the brand holds onto its Mediterranean values and wishes to maintain a close relationship with its customers.
Ollygan has a strong physical store network of 70 boutiques throughout France. For 5 years the brand has been working on its digital transformation, launching an omnichannel strategy enhancing its e-commerce website which will rely on its store network.

To accelerate its digital transition, the brand turned to Lengow.
Initially, the idea was to quickly centralize feeds and optimize acquisition campaigns to gain visibility.
However, the brand already had the idea in mind to develop its activity on marketplaces. This confirmed Lengow as the perfect choice of platform thanks to its position as a European market leader in this field.
Ollygan has been working with Lengow since 2017. Today the brand distributes 1,650 products on Google Shopping and Google Ads. Ollygan uses Devatics to unify stock and on Socloz for online reservations.
Recently, the client wanted to launch on sales channels, particularly on the marketplace La Redoute.
To start on La Redoute, the brand called upon Lengow’s Professional Services (PS) department to benefit from tailor-made support and its expertise in this marketplace.
Through the provision of Professional Services, Ollygan was able to establish a unique relationship with La Redoute and retain control of the management of the marketplace. Following Lengow’s Professional Services team’s advice and recommendations on the configuration of its product feed, the client easily managed its Magento CMS and La Redoute. Various online meetings were scheduled with the PS team to set up the service, check the progress of the integration, and advise on the next steps. These various exchanges allowed Ollygan to be sure not to miss anything and avoid many problems. Finally, the customer, who was constrained for time with a small team, was able to rely on the responsiveness and availability of the PS, who was always ready to support the Ollygan team in complete transparency
